Q: What do I need to know before arriving at my party?

Q: What are Kidz ‘N Kaboodle’s party costs and options?
A: Please refer to our Party Packages page to review our party options.
Q: How far in advance should I book the party?
A: Friday, Saturday and Sunday party times fill up fast. To secure the date & time you require, at least 2 months in advance is recommended. We will always strive however, to accommodate a last-minute request.
Q: How do I book a party?
A: Parties can be booked online, by calling us at 732 366 9606 or by stopping by for an in-house tour!
Q: Does Kidz require a deposit?
A: Yes. There is a $150.00 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date and time. The balance must be paid the day of the party in the form of cash or check.
Q: Are taxes and gratuity included in my party package price?
A: Taxes and gratuity is not included in your party package. There will be an 15% Service Charge added on to all packages. We do charge the required 7% NJ state tax. Gratuity in not included but always appreciated!
Q: What if I need to change the date or Theme of the party?
A: 10 days’ notice is required to change your party date. We will apply your deposit to your new party date, if the new date and time requested is available. Themes can be changed to 2 weeks prior to your Party. No exceptions!
Q: What if I need to cancel the party?
A: The deposit is non-refundable but transferable. We will apply your deposit to any future party within 12 months. If within 24 hours of your party you decide to cancel for any reason the 15% service fee will still be due.
Q: Can I bring my own food, drinks or decorations into Kidz?
A: We offer pizza, snacks & drinks as part of our party packages to the children. Outside food, such as cakes and deserts are allowed. Other finger foods or drinks may be brought into the party but must be noted on your party application at the time the party is reserved.
Food for Adults are limited to finger foods such as sandwiches, chicken fingers, chips/dips, fruit platters, veggie platters, chicken wings/tenders and drinks. NO HOT FOODS! All Paper goods will be supplied by you for your Adult Guests. There is $25.00 charge per tray of foods NOT discussed at booking of Party.

No decorations are allowed on our walls or ceilings, but other decorations are fine. Please no Ice cream cakes or hot drinks.
Q: How many children are included in the party package? Are there discounts for small groups?
A: Party packages are for up to 10 children. Children under one year of age will not count towards this total. (Children walking strong will be included in head count.) An additional fee will be charged per child over the included 10.
We encourage 1 ADULT PER CHILD! A charge will be added for over 25 Adults to Party Total.
There is no discount for parties with under 10 children.
Q: Will there be a Kidz Attendant to help supervise the party?
A: Yes! Depending on the size of your party there will be 2 to 4 Kidz Party Hostesses to help you coordinate and direct your party. However, it is the Parent/Caregiver/Guardian’s primary responsibility to supervise party Guests. A Kidz Attendant will help to serve the food, drinks, and cake, as well as clean up the room when you are done!
Q: What should the kids wear?
A: All guests are required to wear socks!! Adults must wear socks too!!! please no bare feet. Dress comfortably and be ready for fun!
Q: How early should everyone arrive prior to the party?
A: We require the party parent to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start time of your party and to please advise your guests to be prompt for the party time but arriving early is not necessary. We will then collect waivers, and review our safety rules so your party can begin right away.
Q: Who can play at Kidz?
A: Kidz is a place for all ages, from Babies to age 10. There is entertainment for everyone. No child may enter Kidz without adult supervision. Adults are limited on some activities
Q: Will there be other parties going on at the same time?
A: When you have booked your party you and your guests will enjoy the PRIVATE USE of the entire facility during the hours you reserve!
